HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
To return a product purchased (full payment made through online payment gateway) on www.fwt.com , just indicate the reason for your return in a short note Call at +8801780180173 or +880258054383 with your invoice number.
We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less applicable delivery charge (If applicable). Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our online store.
WITHIN WHAT TIME PERIOD DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?
You can return any product before the product is installed at your place. This should be done within 03 days from the date of invoice.
HOW AND WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order and takes 7 to 10 working days to refund as per Digital Policy 2021.
WHAT DO I DO IN CASE I WAS TO CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE THE SHIPMENT REACHES ME?
Please call to our call center at 01780180173 or +880258054383 with transaction details along with the reason of cancellation. We will initiate the refund process once we receive your cancellation request. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that applicable delivery charges (If applicable) would be deducted.
CANCELLATIONS / RETURN
You may cancel your order before your product has shipped. If the cancellation is made after your product has shipped/ delivered, it will be cancelled by initiating a refund. You may call our customer care department to initiate a refund. But after 03 days of installation no refund will be applicable.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
* The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
* The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be
returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
* The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health
protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
* The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature,
inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
